Thérèse deChamplain-Good, formerly the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Excellence at Elk Island Catholic School Division, now channels her extensive experience into Good Educational Consulting. Thérèse has dedicated her career to benefiting student learning and fostering leadership growth in educators. With 35 years in education, Thérèse has taught at all grade levels. In 2000, she began her administrative journey as a vice-principal, progressing through various leadership roles including Administrator, Consultant, Director, Senior Manager at Alberta Education, and Executive Director of the Edmonton Regional Learning Consortium. A native of Legal, Alberta, Thérèse holds a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education for French Immersion Schools and a Master of Education in Educational Studies in Leadership, both from the University of Alberta. Throughout her career, Thérèse has been responsible for system assurance, inclusive education, curriculum development, assessment and instruction, faith formation, wellness, leadership, and teacher development. She is now committed to leveraging her expertise through Good Educational Consulting to support school divisions and educators in achieving their educational goals.
