Rebecca Harding brings 19 years of experience as a school administrator, having served in a variety of educational settings, including high schools, middle schools, K-12 schools, and currently, a K-5 school. Throughout her career, Rebecca has lived and worked in the rural north-western region of New Brunswick, where many families rely on the forestry and agricultural industries. Her community faces unique challenges due to its rural nature, which often impact school life. Every day, Rebecca strives to create a welcoming environment where every student feels valued, cared for, and enjoys coming to school. She is equally dedicated to ensuring her staff feel appreciated and understand the profound impact of their work.
