Patrick Dumelie is the Chief Executive Officer of Covenant Health, Covenant Care, and Covenant Living, collectively one of Canada's largest Catholic healthcare providers. He has been instrumental in transforming Catholic healthcare in Alberta, leading the merger of 12 organizations to establish Covenant Health in 2008. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded its services to include seniors' care and retirement living, aligning with the growing needs of Alberta's population. Patrick's leadership is rooted in fostering a mission-driven culture focused on compassionate, quality care, particularly for vulnerable and marginalized communities. With an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Regina, Patrick has held key roles in healthcare, including CEO of the Caritas Health Group and COO in the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region. He also contributes to broader healthcare initiatives as a board member for HealthcareCAN, Alberta's Catholic Social Services, and as Chair of the Christian Health Alliance of Alberta.
