About me
Michelle Nevil is an experienced educator who has been appointed Principal of St. Mary's School in Taber. She holds joint Bachelor's Degrees in Science and Education from the University of Lethbridge (1999) and completed a Master's in Educational Leadership. Nevil began her teaching career at St. Patrick School in Taber, where she taught grades K-5 for seven years. She then served as Associate Principal at St. Patrick School before taking on the role of Principal. With over two decades of experience in Catholic education, Michelle is committed to fostering academic excellence and faith development in her school communities. Nevil is an active participant in her parish and her faith. She enjoys ranching, reading and coaching, having coached many teams throughout her career including basketball and Thunder Athletics. She is the proud mother of three young men and looks forward to becoming a grandparent in the coming months.
