Welcome to uLead 2025. We are thrilled you will be joining us at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel for our annual school leadership conference hosted by the Council for School Leadership of The Alberta Teachers’ Association.

If you have any questions during the event, we will have uLead team members throughout the venue wearing red and black plaid. The registration desk will also have our team available throughout the conference. This table can be found just outside of the Van Horne Ballroom where all of our keynote presentations are taking place.

Leaders pray most often when the world is too much or too little for us. School Leadership from pandemic in Tanzania to Nepal in revolution from a Tall Ship at sea to the Potala Palace in Tibet. Delving into the notion that we lead because we are not satisfied with the way things are, this session takes you on a journey to what you believe and how it impacts those who follow. Learn about leading in ways that impact the social, spiritual and intellectual fabric around us. REminding ourselves that how we make change and the traditions we protect along the way, are pathways to those who follow in your footsteps.

This presentation delves into how Catholic leaders integrate faith into their daily lives and leadership roles whether in Catholic Schools or in Buddhist villages. By weaving faith into their actions and words, Leaders inspire through personal stories where faith guides them in the midst of challenges. Drawing on inspirational narratives of leadership guided by faith, this session illuminates how embodying hope and Gospel values is leadership for the future. Monday April 7 2:45-3:50
