Join us for a dynamic session that explores how we helped 29 school leaders thrive in the post-COVID era by building a collaborative, resilient, and purpose-driven catchment. Through a blend of storytelling, humor, and practical strategies, we'll highlight the shift from individual survival to collective growth. Participants will gain insights into fostering a culture of co-constructed leadership, while reflecting on their own leadership challenges and opportunities. We will dive into strategic collaboration, examining how to bring diverse voices together at the right moments for maximum impact. The session will also cover adaptive leadership, focusing on shared values and the critical role of asking the right questions to drive meaningful change.
